Your role at Alstom - What you can do with us
Our location in Siegen is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test and repair bogies for global rail transport - and thus ensure stability and ride comfort on the rails. The Rolling Stock & Components division offers products from the broadest portfolio of the railway industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including zero-emission propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. In this role, you will report to Thorsten Linke and work in a motivated and committed team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Adapt and deploy the supply chain strategy
• Adopt standards (processes, methods, and tools) and related documentation
• Develop a workforce development plan, including skill levels, training, and qualification pathway
• Establish a robust supply chain culture at all levels
• Prepare and follow the budget for its area, including functional costs
• Achieve and revive key performance indicators, KPIs targets
• Ensure compliance with process reviews, audits
• Assist sites in stabilizing the supply chain or mobilizing new sites and new business units
• Manage processes and activities related to industrial planning, project supply chain, material planning and supplier delivery performance, and logistics in coordination with
• Adaptation and deployment of the supply chain strategy

Ihr Profil:

• University degree
• English and German (business fluency)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the supply chain
• Professional experience in an equivalent manager position
• Experience in ERP management Desirable:
• Desirable Experience in companies in the same sector/activity or in related areas• Communication
skills
