• Experience research: Get familiar with industrial test flow and the related data and with the scan diagnosis and the pattern generation
• Expand your horizons: Investigate and explore state of the art ML algorithms
• Data is everything: Develop and implement a concept to apply ML on failure data
• Take responsibility: Analyze the results concerning specified characteristics

• Study field: You are currently in your master study of the field Electronical Engineering, Information technology or similar
• Interests & Experience: You bring a solid understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques
• Skills: You are familiar with data analysis, statistical methods, and programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python
• Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently
• Language skills: You are fluent in English
